Once Mental-cino County completes its plan to have the foster care and adoption agency (RQMC/RCS) take over all mental health and substance abuse services, and the new mental health jail/substance abuse facility is built, both parenting and gun rights will be stripped from our citizen’s control. Once a person is 5150’ed in Mental-cino, you are unfit for both, parenting and guns.
